Building Procedures. Each building principal will provide to the Members of his/her staff and the FEA the written procedures for that building at the beginning of the opening of school for students or as soon thereafter as practicable provided that such distribution shall not be later than the end of the first week of October. Changes shall be furnished as soon as practical. No building's written procedures shall be in conflict with adopted policies of the Employer. All the building policy handbooks shall be returned to the building administrator by the end of the school year.
Building Procedures. A. Each principal will provide each teacher assigned to the building with a handbook, written rules, regulations, and/or procedures at the beginning of each year. B. Except in cases of medical emergencies, teachers shall not be required to administer medication to any student nor shall they be required to perform medical procedures such as catheterization. Proper medical training/instruction shall be made available and required of all teachers of children with special medical needs during contracted work hours. C. In the absence of an administrator, the principal shall designate a professional teaching staff member to act as the principal's representative. D. Building Procedures. 19.1 The applicant Private Site Holder should be encouraged to arrange a meeting with the Aesthetics Committee during the conceptual stage to consider the Architectural Guidelines and Building Procedures and the Contractors Agreement and Code of Conduct documents with particular reference to; 19.1.1 the design concepts and materials used. 19.1.2 the height and massing of the buildings in relation to the surrounding environment. 19.1.3 the exposure and visibility of the structures to adjacent Private Site Holders. 19.2 Notwithstanding the appointment of architects, building contractors or other agents, each Private Site ▇▇▇▇▇▇ accepts full responsibility for the actions of his agents and contractors during construction. 19.3 Private Site Holders will be required to submit plans to the Aesthetics Committee for scrutiny prior to any work commencing on the Game Reserve. The plans shall be in accordance with the requirements of the local authority as well as the requirements of this document. 19.4 In order to avoid unnecessary costs, it is recommended that Private Site Holders arrange a consultation with the Aesthetics Committee before proceeding with the design of any buildings. 19.5 Building procedures and regulations are to ensure that all construction activity on the Game Reserve proceeds in an orderly manner, with the least possible disruption to other property Private Site Holders and must be adhered to unless specific change there from is agreed to in writing by the Committee in each specific requested case. 19.6 All building works shall conform to these guidelines and the decision on whether or not the plans are acceptable shall be at the sole discretion of the Aesthetics Committee. 19.7 Plans need to be considered by the Committee within one month of receipt and either approved or rejected. 19.8 The Committee shall be entitled to reject plans for any structure which in their opinion would detract from the appearance or general theme of Lodges in the Game Reserve. If plans are rejected this should be communicated in writing by the Committee together with the reasons for the rejection. The Committee or Company shall not be liable to any person for any costs or claims relating to the rejection or non-approval of plans. 19.9 Any proposed plans which are not approved or are rejected by the Committee may be referred to the Board for a final decision at the request of the applicant Private Site Holder. 19.10 The decision to commence building in the Game Reser...
Building Procedures. 4.1 All construction must comply with the procedures as laid out in the Building Procedures. This includes regulations relating to submission of plans, construction and arrangements for site inspections. 4.2 Construction must be in accordance with the approved plans. 4.3 Instructions regarding hours of work, as published by GSE, must be strictly adhered to. 4.4 Security Protocol and all other relevant rules must be adhered to.
