SMOKE FREE POLICY. In accordance with local ordinance, the Xxxxxxxx Center is a smoke-free facility. Further, in accordance with policies of the University, the entire campus is a smoke-free environment. Guests and employees desiring the use of tobacco and any like product must do so in their private vehicles. The Client agrees to notify its agents, representatives, and guests of the “no smoking” policy and further agrees to assist the University in general enforcement.

SMOKE FREE POLICY. This policy applies to all employees, residents, household members, guests, and service persons. Residents are responsible for ensuring that household members and guests comply with this rule. Smoking is prohibited in all units and interior areas, including but not limited to hallways, offices, community rooms, laundry rooms and similar areas. Smoking is also prohibited in outdoor areas within 25 feet from housing and office buildings. At smoke-free properties, you must be on the public sidewalk or other non- Homes for Good property to smoke.
