Common use of Budget and Fees Clause in Contracts

Budget and Fees. The board of directors shall propose to NERC a budget‌ for delegated functions exercised by the Corporation pursuant to a delegation agreement with NERC and pursuant to any agreements or laws relating to the Corporation’s functions in Canada. For those functions outside the scope of the Corporation’s delegated functions, the board of directors may from time to time fix the amount of dues, assessments, or fees, if any, and determine the methods of collection, consistent with this Section, the regulations of applicable government authorities, and any resolutions duly adopted by the Members under Section 6.5.2 of these Bylaws.
