Adjunct Member Clause Samples

The Adjunct Member clause defines the status and role of individuals or entities who are associated with an organization but do not possess full membership rights. Typically, adjunct members may participate in certain activities, attend meetings, or access specific resources, but they are excluded from voting rights or holding office within the organization. This clause clarifies the distinction between full and adjunct members, ensuring transparency about privileges and limitations, and helps prevent misunderstandings regarding participation and authority.
