DS3 Loop DS3 Loop is a two-point digital transmission path which provides for simultaneous two-way transmission of serial, bipolar, return-to-zero isochronous digital electrical signals at a transmission rate of 44.736 megabits per second (Mbps) that is dedicated to the use of the ordering CLEC in its provisioning of local exchange and associated exchange access services. It may provide transport for twenty-eight (28) DS1 channels, each of which provides the digital equivalent of twenty-four (24) analog voice grade channels. Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. Event of Default Under Any Trust Indenture; Amendments to Any Trust Indenture; Waiver In the event that, as to any MBS, there shall be a Default Under the Trust Indenture or an Event of Default Under the Trust Indenture, the Holders of the Certificates of the related Classes may, in the event that the Trustee shall not take any such action on their behalf, give such notice and take such action as certificateholders under such Trust Indenture shall be permitted to take in respect thereof.
