Boundaries of the Agency. The geographic boundaries of the Agency shall be coextensive with those of all the signatories to this agreement which encompasses for all intents and purposes the 68,000 acre floodplain of the Skagit River from Sedro-Xxxxxxx west, north and south to Puget Sound. A map of the Agency's geographic boundaries is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Activities of the Adviser The services of the Adviser to the Fund hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Adviser and any of its affiliates shall be free to render similar services to others.   • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year.   • Reasonable and Necessary Restrictions The Executive acknowledges that the restrictions, prohibitions and other provisions hereof, including, without limitation the Restriction Period, are reasonable, fair and equitable in terms of duration, scope and geographic area, are necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company and are a material inducement to the Company to enter into this Agreement.
