Boots and Shoes. The Employer will provide standard issue boots and shoes through a local vendor of the Employer’s choice. The Employer will promulgate and distribute a procedural policy regarding a replacement protocol.

Boots and Shoes. The City will contribute up to two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275.00) to fully reimburse or partially reimburse sworn officers, code enforcement officers and community service officers for footwear purchased for work purposes. Sworn officers, CEOs and CSOs are eligible for the footwear reimbursement once every two (2) years in the month of July. The City will contribute up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) annually, in the month of July, to fully reimburse or partially reimburse non-sworn personnel other than CEOs and CSOs for footwear purchased for work purposes. Footwear shall be selected by the individual employee but shall conform to standards set by the Chief. Payments are subject to showing of receipts.
