The Employer shall reimburse for, or arrange for the purchase of, replacement safety boots and work clothing once per calendar year to a total of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each employee who has attained twelve (12) months of seniority. Employees must provide a receipt of purchase in order to receive reimbursement.
