Booklets. The Company agrees to provide separate Pension and Benefits booklets to all employees. The Company will review the booklets with the Atlas Unit Chairperson prior to printing and distribution. It is understood that these booklets are for information purposes only, and are not grievable, and do not form part of the collective agreement. The Company also agrees to ensure there is a three year calendar and an index in the Collective Agreement booklet and will have it printed in a timely fashion after it is reviewed by the Atlas Unit Chairperson.
