Common use of Bona Fide Firm Order Clause in Contracts

Bona Fide Firm Order. 6.11.1 In Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, WebShoppe shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a Company Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to the Company. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when WebShoppe has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding, and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by the Company. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by the Company no later than five (5) business days after the Company’s Application Response to WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Application.
