Boarding or Kennel Fees. We will pay for costs you incur during the policy term associated with boarding your pet at a licensed kennel to look after your pet while you or a family member is hospitalized as a result of sickness or disease. This coverage is limited to a maximum annual benefit of five hundred dollars ($500). You must submit certification of hospitaliza- tion from the attending physician and/or hospital that treated you or your family member; and submit the itemized receipt from the licensed kennel including proof of payment. We will not pay any benefits if you or your family member is admitted to a hospital for less than forty-eight

  • Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to, costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each deliverable.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services.   • Personnel Costs The actual Worker Wage Rate for Contractor’s hourly employees and the Monthly Salary Rate of Contractor’s salaried personnel who are identified to Owner in advance and in writing but only for the time actually stationed at the Project site with Owner’s prior consent. The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project. All personnel costs are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages, salaries and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Contractor for services performed for the Project.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Fees Registry Operator must pay, or have paid on its behalf, fees to the Escrow Agent directly. If Registry Operator fails to pay any fee by the due date(s), the Escrow Agent will give ICANN written notice of such non-­‐payment and ICANN may pay the past-­‐due fee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the written notice from Escrow Agent. Upon payment of the past-­‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.

  • Expenses All costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement shall be paid by the party incurring such cost or expense.

  • Personnel Changes The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.
