Blending or Commingling. 7.1 There shall be no blending or commingling of Products with any products mined or otherwise produced from any other properties or mining operations without the express written consent of the Royalty Holders, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld. In the event that commingling of Products is permitted pursuant to this Section, Allowable Deductions shall not include any penalties or offsets or any other item which arises as a result of or in relation to any material with which Products hereunder are commingled.

Blending or Commingling. The Payor shall have the right to blend or commingle Products from the Property with products mined or otherwise produced from other properties or mining operations provided that the respective mining properties shall bear and have allocated to them that portion of the Allowable Deductions relating to their respective operations, and shall have allocated to each of them the revenues earned in respect of such operations. In making any such allocation, effect shall be given to the tonnages and location of ore mined and beneficiated and the characteristics of the material including the metal content of ore removed from, and to any special charges relating particularly to ore, concentrates or other products or the treatment thereof derived from any such mining properties. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code.
