Common use of Billing Rate Clause in Contracts

Billing Rate. The hourly billing rate for each BLDS Director will be agreed by the Managing Director and the President of LECG. LECG understands that these hourly rates may change on a case-by-case basis, differ in different geographic markets, and be modified over time. Each BLDS Director agrees, however, to seek approval of any changes or variations to his individual billing rate with the President or Chairman of LECG prior to implementing such changes.
