BHWR. The term BHWR for hourly (nonsalaried) employees of SUPPLIER shall mean the actual hourly wage rate paid by SUPPLIER to the subject individual performing the SERVICES. The BHWR for salaried employees of SUPPLIER shall mean the base hourly wage rate payable for each man-hour expended by the subject individual in performing the SERVICES.
