Billing for DS Supplier’s Obligations to Other Parties. Except as set forth in Sections 2.5 and 2.6, the Company shall have no responsibility for billing between the DS Supplier and PJM; the DS Supplier and any Energy or Capacity source; or the DS Supplier and any other third party. The Company will be solely responsible for billing DS Customers for Default Service.

  • The Supplier's Obligations The Supplier will in writing, by the time and date specified by the Contracting Body in accordance with paragraph 3.1.3(b) provide the Contracting Body with either:
