billable hours. For work efforts that are composed of preponderantly personnel compensation costs with a minimum of outside purchases of materials and services needed to produce a work product or provide a service; CONTSULTANT will be reimbursed for applied work efforts at the agreed upon billable hourly rate(s) inclusive of direct labor compensation, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit [fully burdened] by job title.
