Vehicle Safety Vehicles used by employees, whether or not issued to the employee, shall be maintained in safe operating condition by the state.

Sidewalks entrances, passages, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls, lobby and any other part of the Building shall not be obstructed or encumbered by any Tenant or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from each tenant’s premises. Landlord shall have the right to control and operate the common portions of the Building and exterior facilities furnished for common use of the tenants (such as the eating, smoking, and parking areas) in such a manner as Landlord deems appropriate.
Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor. Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:
Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.
Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
