Bereavement Leave and Catastrophic Illness. Imminent Death Leave Bereavement Leave: Xxxxxxxxxxx Leave may be used up to five (5) business days due to the death of an employee’s spouse/partner, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, child, xxxxxx child, brother, sister, xxxxxxxxxx, stepchild, stepfather, stepmother, or spouse’s/partner’s father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, or in-laws in any one incident.
