Common use of Benefits - In General Clause in Contracts

Benefits - In General. The Executive shall have the right during the Term to participate in any group life, medical, dental or disability insurance plans, health programs, pension and profit sharing plans and similar benefits that are made available to other senior executives of the Company generally, on the same or more favorable terms (as determined by the Board in its sole discretion) as may be made available to such other executives, in each case to the extent that the Executive is eligible under the terms of such plans or programs.

Benefits - In General. The Executive shall have the right be entitled during the Term to participate in any group life, medical, dental hospitalization or disability insurance plans, health programs, pension and profit sharing plans retirement plans, fringe benefit programs and similar benefits that are made available to other senior executives of the Company generally, on the same or more favorable terms (as determined by the Board in its sole discretion) as may be made available to such other executives, in each case to the extent that the Executive is eligible under the terms of such plans or programs; provided that the Company shall pay all annual or other periodic premiums on behalf of the Executive for all health programs (excluding, for avoidance of doubt, any co-pay, deductible or other similar amounts, which shall remain the responsibility of the Executive).”

Benefits - In General. The Executive shall have the right during the Term is entitled to participate in any group life, medical, dental hospitalization or disability insurance plans, health programs, pension and profit sharing plans equity-based plans, retirement plans, fringe benefit programs and similar benefits that as are made available to other senior executives of the Company generally, generally (the “Benefit Plans”). The Executive will participate on the same or more favorable terms (as determined by the Board in its sole discretion) as may be made available to such other executives, in each case executives to the extent that the Executive is eligible under and subject to the terms of such plans or programsthe Benefit Plans.
