Benefit Information. After the Closing Date, and within a reasonable time following any request by the Seller or any of its Affiliates, the Purchasers shall provide to the Seller such information as may be necessary to calculate the accrued benefits under the BOC employee benefit plans for Employees which is within the control of the Purchasers, and not within the Seller and its Affiliates’ control.
