Common use of Benefit Allowance Clause in Contracts

Benefit Allowance. Subject to Section 20(k)(iii) herein, with respect to each year during the Employment Period, Executive will be entitled to receive a perquisite allowance of $35,000 (the “Benefits Allowance”), which the Company shall pay to Executive in equal installments, in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll policies, during such fiscal year, subject to Executive’s continued employment with the Company.
