Before 5pm. 2.15. The Supplier shall ensure that if the consignment is to be stored overnight they must comply with all regulatory requirements and hold an explosive licence. The Supplier must provide suitable security for the consignment in a secure facility. This shall be agreed with the Contracting Authority and also subject to the Contracting Authority’s security policy. This will be further defined at Further Competition with the Contracting Authority.
