Basic Rights. The Company retains all rights to manage and direct the operations 39 except to the extent such rights are specifically limited or modified by the terms of this 40 Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit the Company’s sole and exclusive 41 right to manage the business and direct its work force.
