Common use of Basic Rights Clause in Contracts

Basic Rights. NESPA shall have the sole and exclusive right to present all employees in the negotiating unit in any and all proceedings under the Public Employees Fair Employment Act; to designate its own representatives and to appear before and appropriate official of the District to effect such representation; to direct, manage and govern its own affairs; to determine and pursue the wishes of the membership free from any interference, restraint, coercion and discrimination by the District or any of its agents.
