Basic Office Services Clause Samples

The Basic Office Services clause defines the standard administrative and support services that will be provided to a tenant or occupant as part of a lease or service agreement. Typically, this includes access to utilities, mail handling, reception services, and general maintenance of common areas. By clearly outlining which services are included, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of what is covered under the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over service expectations.
