Common use of Basic Compensation Clause in Contracts

Basic Compensation. Company shall pay to Employee as basic compensation the sum of Four-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) per year, payable in accordance with Company’s normal payroll schedule. Employee’s basic compensation may be increased from time to time in the sole discretion of Company’s Board of Directors.
