ATM Fees If you use an ATM to obtain a cash advance and the ATM is not operated by us, you may be charged an ATM surcharge by the ATM operator or an ATM network utilized for such a transaction. The ATM surcharge may be charged to your account if you complete the transaction.
Franchise Fees Lessee will maintain in full force and effect, and pay or cause to be paid all fees and other charges payable pursuant to, any Franchise Agreement with respect to the Hotel.
Other Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Arranger and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Referral Fees If you were introduced to us through a solicitor, we may pay that solicitor a referral fee in accordance with Rule 206(4)-3 of the Advisers Act and applicable state securities laws. The referral fee shall be paid solely from the Advisory Fee as discussed above, and shall not result in any additional charge to you. If you were introduced to us through a solicitor, you acknowledge receipt of the written Solicitor Disclosure Statement disclosing the terms of the solicitation arrangement between us and the solicitor, including the compensation to be received by the solicitor from us. By each party executing this Agreement they acknowledge and accept their respective rights, duties, and responsibilities hereunder. This Agreement is only effective upon our execution below.
