Bargaining Unit Leave. Employees will be allowed a total of three (3) Bargaining Unit Leave days during each calendar year in accordance with the provisions of this Article. Bargaining Unit Leave Days may not be accumulated from year to year. Such Bargaining Unit Leave Days may only be used for the following events: A. AFSCME Ohio Educational Conference B. AFSCME Ohio Council 8 Convention C. AFSCME International Convention
