Bargaining Unit Employee As Scheduler. A. When authorized by the appropriate supervisor, a bargaining unit employee may function as a scheduler for the purposes of this Article. The fact that such employee prepares work schedules for other employees shall not, by itself, affect that employee’s status as a member of the bargaining unit.
