Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.
Convey means to sell, transfer, assign, contribute or otherwise convey assets hereunder.

Union means The Australian Workers' Union of Employees, Queensland.
Reciprocal or "interinsurance exchange" means an unincorporated association of persons:
Stalking means engaging in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or the safety of others, or to suffer substantial emotional distress.
Arrangement means the arrangement under the provisions of section 192 of the CBCA, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan of Arrangement, subject to any amendment or supplement thereto made in accordance with this Agreement and the Plan of Arrangement or made at the direction of the Court in the Final Order;

Encumber “Encumbering,” or “Encumbrance” means the creation of a security interest, lien, pledge, mortgage or other encumbrance, whether such encumbrance be voluntary, involuntary or by operation of Applicable Law.
restrictive practice means forming a cartel or arriving at any understanding or arrangement among Bidders with the objective of restricting or manipulating a full and fair competition in the Bidding Process.
Reciprocity means the recognition of a teaching license from another state or country based on these Rules or the terms of the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification (NASDTEC) Interstate Agreement for Educator Licensure.
Unfair Advantage means any conduct, direct or indirect, by a Proponent that may result in gaining an unfair advantage over other Proponents, including but not limited to (i) possessing, or having access to, information in the preparation of its Proposal that is confidential to the Purchaser and which is not available to other Proponents, (ii) communicating with any person with a view to influencing, or being conferred preferred treatment in, the RFP process, or (iii) engaging in conduct that compromises or could be seen to compromise the integrity of the RFP process and result in any unfairness.
Counterfeit Part means (1) An unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part, which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of the manufacturer. (2) Or a previously used Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) Part which has been modified and is knowingly misrepresented as new without disclosure to the customer that it has been previously used. NOTE 1: Examples of a counterfeit part can include, but are not limited to; the false identification of grade, serial number, date code or performance characteristics. NOTE 2: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.
coercive practice means harming or threatening to harm, directly or indirectly, persons or their property to influence their participation in the procurement process or affect the execution of a contract;
Worker means an individual engaged in work under a license or registration issued by the agency and controlled by a licensee or registrant, but does not include the licensee or registrant.

Fair wages means wages whether for time of piecework notified by the Government from time in the area in which the work is situated.
Deed means a quitclaim deed(s) substantially in the form set out in the attached Exhibit C.
Coerce means to compel or attempt to compel a person to act in a given manner or to refrain from acting in a given manner by pressure, intimidation, or threat of harm, damage, breach of contract, or other adverse consequences, including, but not limited to, the loss of any benefit available to other new motor vehicle dealers of the same line make in this state. The term does not include any of the following actions by a manufacturer:
Agreement has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Farmworker means Farmworker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.
Unfair trade practice means supply of services different from what is ordered on, or change in the Scope of Work.
Encumbrance means any charge, claim, community property interest, pledge, condition, equitable interest, lien (statutory or other), option, security interest, mortgage, easement, encroachment, right of way, right of first refusal, or restriction of any kind, including any restriction on use, voting, transfer, receipt of income or exercise of any other attribute of ownership.
Stalk means a knowing or an intentional course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another person that would cause a reasonable person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or threatened and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or threatened. The term does not include statutorily or constitutionally protected activity.
Unfair practice means (i) establishing contact with any person connected with or employed or engaged by the Authority with the objective of canvassing, lobbying or in any manner influencing or attempting to influence the Bidding Process; or (ii) having a Conflict of Interest; and
Fair Wages means wages whether for time or piece work notified at the time of inviting tenders for the work and where such wages prescribed by the government of India in the ministry of labour and employment vide Sl.No. 1917 published in the gazette of India, extraordinary part - ii section (3) sub-section (ii) dated 19-5-1969.
