Backhaul Capacities. Backhaul Capacities are capacities that flow in the reverse flow direction to the Main Physical Flow at a Network Interconnection Point. The incoming flow into the System at Taisnières H and Obergailbach and the outgoing flow out of the System at Oltingue, shall constitute the Main Physical Flow at these points. At these points, GRTgaz offers Backhaul Capacities. Backhaul Capacity may be used when gas continues to flow in the Main Physical Flow at the point in question.

Backhaul Capacities. ‌ The Gas flow into the Network at Taisnières H and Obergailbach and the Gas flow out of the Network at Oltingue, shall constitute the Main Physical Flow at these points. The Daily Exit Capacities at the Network Interconnection Points Taisnières H and Obergailbach and the Daily Entry Capacities at the Network Interconnection Point Oltingue shall constitute the Backhaul Capacities at these points. At a given Network Interconnection Point, the Operator may reduce or interrupt the Backhaul Capacities, under the provisions specified in the Operational Procedures, if the sum, for all the shippers present at this point, of the Daily Quantities Scheduled in the Main Physical Flow is strictly less than the sum, for all the shippers present at this point, of the Daily Quantities Scheduled in the opposite direction. In this case, the Operator shall pass on to all the Network Users the consequences of these situations in an equitable fashion. Should the Operator apply any of the provisions stated in the above paragraph, its take off or delivery obligations shall be reduced in consequence. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Special Conditions, the obligations of the Shipper, particularly the balancing obligations referred to in clause 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, as well as the obligations to pay the Price, shall not be modified as a result of such implementation.

  • Contract Capacity The generation capability designated for the Project shall be the contract capacity in MW designated in the Cover Sheet, net of all auxiliary loads, station electrical uses, and Electrical Losses (the “Contract Capacity”). Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver all Product produced by the Project solely to Buyer. In no event shall Buyer be obligated to receive, in any Settlement Interval, any Surplus Delivered Energy. Seller shall not receive payment for any Surplus Delivered Energy.
