(b) - Pay for Processing Grievances After Working Hours. If the Company representative is unable to meet the xxxxxxx during the xxxxxxx'x normal working hours, the xxxxxxx shall be paid at his regular rate of pay for all time spent during the processing of the grievance with the Company on the Company property or at any other place which is mutually agreed upon by both the Union and the Company.
