Authorized Users. “Authorized User” refers to any person who uses the Account with actual, implied, or apparent authority. An Authorized User can be someone who we issue a Card to at your request or someone you or another Authorized User allow to use the Account. You are liable for all transactions made by an Authorized User. If you allow someone to use your Account, even if they use your Account in a manner that you did not intend or agree to, or if they allow someone else to use your Account, you will still be responsible for that use. You may request that a Card be issued in an Authorized User’s name. If we accept such a request, that Authorized User will have the same authority as the Cardmember to access Account information. At our discretion, we may permit you to restrict an Authorized User’s access to Account information. By requesting a Card for an Authorized User, you certify that: (i) the Authorized User gave you permission to provide us information about them; and (ii) you have informed the Authorized User that we may report information about the Account, including credit limit, credit usage and late payments, to consumer reporting agencies in the Authorized User’s name and that such information may appear on their credit report and impact their credit score. To remove an Authorized User who has been issued a Card from your Account, you must contact us at the customer service phone number provided on your billing statement and ask us to cancel the Card issued to that Authorized User and remove them from your Account. You must also destroy all Cards in their possession and cancel any recurring transactions they have set up using your Account. You are responsible for any transaction made by an Authorized User even if the transaction posts to your Account after the date you request their removal. If the Authorized User is using your Card or the information associated with your Card, you must contact us at the customer service phone number and ask us to reissue your Card with a new credit card number to prevent the Authorized User from using the Account. Authorized Users may remove themselves from your Account upon request. We reserve the right to remove an Authorized User from your Account for any reason or for no reason at all.

This option is not available for all Credit Card types and is subject to additional terms we set out when you enroll. Obligations as an Authorized User By signing, using or activating a Credit Card in his or her name, an Authorized User agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement except that an Authorized User will not be responsible to us for the payment of any amounts owing in respect of purchases, Cash Advances, fees or interest on the Account. Without limiting the general obligation of an Authorized User to comply with this Agreement, an Authorized User agrees, among other things, that: ■ The Credit Card issued to him or her will not be used if it has expired; ■ The Credit Card issued to him or her is for his or her use exclusively and will not be used nor will his or her use be directed by any other person; ■ The Credit Card issued to him or her will not be used for any reason illegal, improper or for no reason at allunlawful purpose; ■ All security requirements including those designed to protect PINs or other security codes will be complied with; ■ The Authorized User will report to us if he or she suspects that his or her Credit Card has been lost or stolen. Authorized Users. “Authorized User” refers You may notify us of a request to add authorized user(s) and/or issue Cards to additional users. You cannot limit the amount of authority you give to any person who uses authorized user. You must also notify us if you think someone used or may use them without your permission. You may contact us by calling the telephone number on the back of your Card or on your billing statement or by writing to us at the address listed on your statement. When you contact us, we may require you to provide information to help in our investigation. We may require you to provide this information in writing. You will not be liable for any unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us. You may, however, be liable for unauthorized use that occurs before your notice to us. In any case, your liability will not exceed $50. For purposes of this Agreement, “unauthorized use” means the use of a Card by a person, other than a Cardholder, who does not have actual, implied or apparent authority to use the Card, and from which the Cardholder received no benefit. If you allow someone to use your Card or make changes to your Account, even you can terminate this user’s authority by retrieving the Card and notifying us. Until you do so, you remain liable for any use by the authorized user. Foreign Transactions A Foreign Transaction is any transaction (1) made in a foreign currency or (2) made in U.S. dollars if they the transaction is made or processed outside of the United States. Foreign Transactions include, for example, online transactions made in the U.S. but with a merchant who processes the transaction in a foreign country. If you make a Foreign Transaction, we will assess the Foreign Transaction Fee listed in your Account-Opening Disclosures. Foreign Transactions made in a foreign currency will be converted by Visa International into a U.S. dollar amount in accordance with operating regulations or conversion procedures in effect at the time the transaction is processed. The conversion rate in effect on the processing date might differ from the rate in effect on the transaction or posting date. Closing Your Account You may close your Account by notifying us in writing or over the phone. If you have a joint Account, we will honor a request by any Cardholder to close the Account. We may also close your Account or suspend Account privileges at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you. We also have the right not to renew your Account upon its expiration. After your Account is closed, you will not be able to obtain additional Account credit, except that under certain circumstances if you use your Account for a transaction, the transaction may be posted to your Account. If you or we close your Account, you must still repay the total balance in a manner that accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If your Account is closed, you did not intend or must destroy and/or return each Card to us upon request. Customer’s Legal Responsibilities Responsibility to Pay You agree toto pay us for all Purchases, Advances, Balance Transfers, interest charges, Account fees and charges, any other transaction charges as provided in this Agreement, and, to the extent permitted under applicable law, attorneys fees and collection costs we incur to enforce this Agreement against you. This is the case even if your Account is only used by one of you, or if they allow is used by someone else authorized by only one of you. If there is more than one Cardholder, each of you is responsible, together and separately, for the full amount owed on your Account. C losing Your Account You may close your Account by notifying us in writing or over the phone. If you have a joint Account, we will honor a request by any Cardholder to close the Account. If the Authorized User is using your Card or the information associated with your Card, you must contact us at the customer service phone number and ask us to reissue your Card with a new credit card number to prevent the Authorized User from using the Accountuntil later.
