Common use of Authorized Users Clause in Contracts

Authorized Users. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Card number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons

If you permit another person to use or have access to the your Card or Card numberPIN, we any transactions initiated and fees incurred by such person will treat be deemed authorized for purposes of this as if you have authorized such use Agreement and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those personsthem. You are solely responsible for that person’s use of the Card in accordance with this Agreement. At this time, additional Cards cannot be issued to other persons in connection with your Card account.

If you permit another person to have access to the Card or your Card, Card number, direct deposit and routing number, PIN or other personally identifying information, we will treat this as if you have authorized such change or use and you will be liable for all changes or transactions initiated and fees incurred by those persons.
