The Union shall be entitled to designate in writing, any two (2) Employees in addition to the local Union President, to act as "Authorized Representatives" to represent the Union and any affected Employee in connection with any disciplinary hearings at which the Employee requests the attendance of an Authorized Representative(s), as well as in connection with any grievance meeting held pursuant to Article 12.
