Generator Representatives Clause Samples

The "Generator Representatives" clause defines the individuals or entities authorized to act on behalf of the generator party in a contract. It typically specifies who may make decisions, provide notices, or execute documents related to the generator's obligations and rights under the agreement. For example, it may list specific employees or officers who are empowered to communicate with the other party or approve operational matters. This clause ensures clarity and accountability by designating official points of contact, thereby reducing confusion and the risk of unauthorized actions.
