Authorized Representation. An authorized representative of the Union shall be allowed admission to any job at any time for the purpose of investigating conditions existing on the job. However, the representative shall, as soon as possible, make their presence known to the Employer’s representative in charge of the work. On projects which are under military guard, the Employers will cooperate with the Union officials in this regard as far as regulations will permit.
Authorized Representation. No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. To implement this, the Union shall supply the Employer with the names of its authorized officers and, similarly, the Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its supervisory personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business.

The Distributor is not authorized by the Fund to give on behalf of the Fund any information of to make any representations in connection with the sale of Shares other than the information and representations contained in a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") under the 1933 Act and/or the 1940 Act, covering Shares, as such registration statement and prospectus may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or contained in shareholder reports or other material that may be prepared by or on behalf of the Fund for the Distributor's use.
