Rights, Obligations and Responsibilities. The Complainant Employees who feel that they have been subjected to harassment are encouraged to make every reasonable effort to inform the respondent that his/her behaviour is offensive. A meeting in a neutral office will be arranged for the purpose of discussing complaints at the request of the employee. It is the right of every employee who is subjected to harassment to file an internal complaint, without fear of embarrassment or retaliation. Employees have a right to file a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission at any time. However, it must be that the Canadian Human Rights Commission may require that internal procedures be exhausted before the Commission investigates the matter. The complainant must participate in the investigation process and cooperate with those involved. He/she may choose to be accompanied and/or represented during this process by a fellow employee, Union Representative or another person of his/her choosing. Rights, Obligations and Responsibilities. 1. WWFM shall operate and manage a farmers’ market for and on behalf of the Town Saturday mornings at the Morrisville Healthy Food Hub site on Town Hall Drive (as shown on Exhibit B). Hours of operation for the regular and winter markets, including setup and tear down will established in the Rules of Operation as updated annually and attached as Exhibit A. WWFM may also operate a farmers market the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, at their discretion. That market will be open from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. WWFM may also operate a craft market up to two times per year, on dates and times to be agreed with the Town, with at least 60 days’ notice. The market will not operate on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, nor on Christmas or New Year’s Days if those holidays fall on a Saturday, nor shall WWFM interfere in the set up for Town events.

  • MANAGEMENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Employer through its designated management personnel or agents has the right and responsibility, except as expressly modified by this Agreement, to control, change, and supervise all operations and to direct and assign work to all working forces. Such rights and responsibilities shall include by way of illustration but shall not be limited to: the selection and hiring, training, discipline and discharge, classification, reclassification, layoff, promotion and demotion or transfer of employees; the establishment of work schedules; the allocation of all financial and other resources; the control and regulation of the use of all equipment and other property of the Employer. You will have 60 days after you receive any documents, statements, or other information from us to notify us in writing of any errors or inaccuracies reflected in these documents, statements, or other information. If you do not notify us within 60 days, the documents, statements, or other information will be deemed correct and accurate, and we will have no further liability or obligation for such documents, statements, other information, or the transactions described therein. By performing services under this agreement we are acting as your agent. You acknowledge and agree that nothing in this agreement will be construed as conferring fiduciary status upon us. We will not be required to perform any additional services unless specifically agreed to under the terms and conditions of this agreement, or as required under the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder with respect to Xxxx IRAs. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees arising from or in connection with this agreement. To the extent written instructions or notices are required under this agreement, we may accept or provide such information in any other form permitted by the Code or applicable regulations including, but not limited to, electronic communication.
