Audit Certificate for Government Implementing Partners. The Government shall, when UNHCR Agreements have an aggregate budget value of US $ 100,000 and above, submit to UNHCR, within three months of the final date for liquidation of commitments, an audit certificate. Governmental implementing partners should be audited by the government’s highest audit institution (Auditor General or Court of Audit). For all UNHCR Agreements having a value of less than US$ 100,000, UNHCR reserves the right to request an audit.
