AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS. 10.1 Audio visual requirements BCEC Management and its representatives are the only people entitled to supply audio visual equipment for the Event. Hirer must advise BCEC Management of its audio visual requirements for the Event (if any) not less than 14 days before the start of the Hiring Period.
