Common use of Athletic Training Services Clause in Contracts

Athletic Training Services. The Athletic Trainer providing AT Services to the School will have (or will be in as of the Commencement Date diligently pursuing) received certification by the Board of Certification, Inc. and licensure from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, the Athletic Trainer will have completed (or will be in the process of completing) the training requirements of the Child Protective Services Law and a PA Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History and PA FBI Clearance. Copies of all documentation will be forwarded to the School upon request.
