At the Department of Corrections, normal hours of work for each full time employee shall be as follows: The workday shall be defined for each employee in accordance with Section 110.219, Florida Statutes. At the Department of Corrections, there shall be an 8.5 hour work shift pilot to be administered in accordance with the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 General Appropriations Act.
