Common use of Associations Clause in Contracts

Associations. Each Association, other than those Associations that are unincorporated Associations, is a non-profit corporation or cooperative association duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the applicable Resort is located, having full power and lawful authority to perform its obligations under the applicable related Declaration and applicable Management Agreement, and carry on its business as it is now being conducted or as proposed to be conducted.
