Associations. Buyer(s) acknowledges that, if property is part of a planned residential community (condo, homeowner association, etc.), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Development Documents Buyer may be responsible for the payment of certain assessments to be levied against the Property by the Association. Buyer(s) understands that any estimated operating budget received at the time of purchase is only an estimate of what it will cost to run the Association. Changes to the budget may be made at any time to cover increases or decreases in expenses or estimates in the budget. Without limiting the generality of the Paragraph, those changes will not give Buyer(s) any right to cancel this Agreement unless Contractor also materially changes any guaranteed assessments stated in the Development Documents in a manner which is inconsistent with the terms of the Contractor’s guarantees, if any.
Associations. Should the Premises described herein be a part of a common interest community, homeowners association planned unit development, condominium development or such, TENANT hereby agrees to abide by the Governing Documents (INCLUDING Declarations, Bylaws, Articles, Rules and Regulations) of such project and further agrees to be responsible for any fines or penalties levied as a result of failure to do so by himself, his family, licensees or guests. Noncompliance with the Governing Documents shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. Such fines shall be considered as an addition to rent and shall be due along with the next monthly payment of rent. In signing this Agreement, TENANT acknowledges receipt of a copy of the applicable Governing Documents. LANDLORD, at LANDLORD's expense, shall provide TENANT with any additions to such Governing Documents as they become available. LANDLORD may, at its option, with 30 days notice to TENANT, adopt additional reasonable rules and regulations governing use of the Premises and of the common areas (if any).
Associations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the provisions of all applicable CC&R’s, and all modifications and additions which may from time to time be enacted pursuant to their terms. Tenant shall similarly observe and comply with all requests, demand and orders otherwise made by any governing associations created under the authority of the CC&R’s (the “Associations”). Any violation by Tenant of the CC&R’s or rightful orders of the Associations created thereby after written notice to Tenant shall be a default under this Lease, subject to the cure provisions of Section 17.1.2. However, Landlord will not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any provisions of such CC&R’s by its tenants occupying neighboring properties, if any.
Associations. The DISTRICT shall pay for annual membership dues for the EMPLOYEE in a SUPERVISOR-approved, professional organization of the EMPLOYEE’S choice and/or other professional associations as determined by the SUPERVISOR and budgeted for annually.
