These include, but are not limited to, the following requirements. Ability to remove books and other reference materials from bookshelves and transport to worksite. Prolonged sitting and standing while in the courtroom.   • Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Secretary “Secretary” shall mean the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services or his designee.

  • Recourse to Agencies or Courts of Competent Jurisdiction Notwithstanding Section 11.2, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict the rights of a Party to file a complaint with the FERC under relevant provisions of the Federal Power Act or with the PUCO under relevant provisions of the Legal Authorities. The Parties’ agreement under this Section 11.3 is without prejudice to any Party’s right to contest jurisdiction of the FERC or PUCO to which a complaint is brought.

  • The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.

  • Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.

  • DIPLOMATIC AGENTS AND CONSULAR OFFICERS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of diplomatic agents or consular officers under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
