TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.)
Assistance and Cooperation After the Closing Date, each of Seller and Purchaser shall:
ASSISTANCE BY HIRE Fire suppression resources and associated support resources needed to fill the incident order that are to be paid for by the Protecting Party. Terms of the agreement establish the reimbursement rates.
Assistance expenses The Parties shall waive all claims on each other for the reimbursement of expenses incurred in accordance with this Chapter, except, as appropriate, for expenses related to experts and witnesses and to interpreters and translators who are not public officials.
Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application The Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application should contain all the necessary information to determine whether a Household is potentially eligible for CRF assistance. In accordance with the provisions of Sections 760.20-760.37, Fla. Stat., it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, or handicap in the award application process for Eligible Housing.
Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.
Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s).
Assistance Registry Operator will co-‐operate and provide reasonable assistance to ICANN and the CZDA Provider to facilitate and maintain the efficient access of zone file data by permitted users as contemplated under this Schedule.
Early Intervention Services (EIS) In accordance with Rhode Island General Law §27-20-50, this agreement provides coverage for Early Intervention Service. Early Intervention Services are educational, developmental, health, and social services provided to children from birth to thirty-six (36) months. The children must have been certified by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services to enroll in an approved Early Intervention Services program. Services must be provided by a licensed Early Intervention provider and rendered to a Rhode Island resident. We cover Early Intervention Services as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services including, but not limited to, the following: • speech and language therapy; • physical and occupational therapy; • evaluation; • case management; • nutrition; • service plan development and review; • nursing services; and • assistive technology services and devices.
