Assignment Profit. Tenant shall pay to Landlord from time to time an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Assignment Profit promptly after Tenant receives funds that constitute Assignment Profit.

The consent by Owner to an assignment or underletting shall not in any wise be construed to relieve Tenant from obtaining the express consent in writing of Owner to any further assignment or underletting.

  • Assignment; Delegation A. Except as provided in Section 14(B) below, neither this Agreement nor any rights or obligations hereunder may be assigned or delegated by either party without the written consent of the other party.
