Assignment Outside of Unit. Employees transferring to a position outside the bargaining unit, or who are promoted to a supervisory position, shall have their seniority frozen at that point. Said employee shall have the right to exercise her seniority and bid on a vacant position within the bargaining unit if one becomes available.
