A ssignment. Contractor shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfer any interest in the same without the prior written consent of County except that claims for money due or to become due Contractor from County under this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor to a bank, trust company, or other financial institution without such approval. Written notice of any such transfer shall be furnished promptly to County. Any attempt at assignment of rights under this Agreement except for those specifically consented to by both parties or as stated above shall be void.
A ssignment. Neither this Agreement nor any interest arising under it will be assigned by the Partner or NASA without the express written consent of the officials executing, or successors, or higher- level officials possessing original or delegated authority to execute this Agreement.
A ssignment. This Agreement or any interest in this Agreement shall not be assignable by Supplier without the prior written consent of Amgen. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and permitted assignees. 15.4
A ssignment. Neither party may assign this Agreement nor any SOW or Order in whole or part, without the prior written consent of the other.

A ssignment. The Recipient Parties shall have the right to assign this Submission Agreement and this Submission Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Recipient Parties’ successors and assigns. Writer may not assign this Submission Agreement, in whole or in part.

Any assignment of this Agreement, other than as described in the preceding sentence, shall not be valid until and unless this Agreement shall have been assumed by the assignee in writing. When assigned in accordance with the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the assignee. The assignee will agree to be bound, in writing, to this Agreement to accept and assume all the liabilities, responsibilities, and other obligations of the assignor.
