Assignment and Transfer Fees. On the date upon which an assignment takes effect pursuant to Clause 21.5 (Assignments by Lenders) of the Common Terms Agreement or a transfer takes effect pursuant to Clause 21.6 (Transfers by Lenders) of the Common Terms Agreements, the relevant assignee or Transferee shall pay to the Intercreditor Agent for its own account a fee in accordance with Clause 21.7 of the Common Terms Agreement.
Assignment and Transfer Fees. On the date upon which an assignment takes effect pursuant to Clause 30.4 (Assignments by Banks) or a transfer takes effect pursuant to Clause 30.5 (Transfers by Banks), in each case where such assignment or transfer takes effect after the Syndication Date, the relevant assignee or Transferee shall pay to the Agent for its own account a fee of L1,000.
